Goals

Design and develop a custom B2B API platform which allows the connection of e-commerce and WooCommerce stores to the client's production systems, OMS, and delivery platforms.

  • Offer a flexible and user-friendly API platform: Provide a scalable solution for print-on-demand businesses, allowing for seamless integration and ease of management.

  • Create an intuitive user experience (UX): Design a simple and navigable interface that effectively manages a complex backend architecture.

  • Boost sales: Implement features that enhance the platform's ability to drive revenue and customer engagement.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Ensure the API platform is regularly updated, maintaining its relevance and functionality.

  • Engage with clients: Act as an advocate for client requests, ensuring their needs are met and their feedback is incorporated into platform improvements.

Results

After three years of ongoing development, the project became Europe's top print-on-demand platform. It increased revenue by 120% in its first year and continued to grow steadily over the next two years.
