Implement optimal technical solutions for incoming development requests while sticking to a strict budget.
Ensure timely delivery of development increments for key product launches and marketing campaigns.
Account for the complexities of a multi-locale setup—including different languages, currencies, and product inventories—when estimating and developing new requests.
Results
Over a 7-month period, I planned, managed, and delivered all releases on schedule while overseeing a team of 4 remote developers and keeping the project within the allocated budget structure.
